What is a Giclee?
The word "Giclée" comes from the French verb "to spray" - and refers to the ink being sprayed onto the paper/canvas at high speed. The very latest inks offer true museum quality. Quite simply, Giclée printing is best method of artwork reproduction currently available.

What do I get for my money?
The image is printed onto canvas and stretched around a quality wooden frame then stapled on the reverse – exactly the same as an original would be. Paper prints are too fiddly and fragile to handle so I only offer the canvas type. Bear in mind that the prices of my prints are based around an advanced process and is far removed from your average mass produced poster or home-furnishing print.

These are as close as you get to the real thing without spending a fortune.

I bet you sell loads of prints don’t you?
I will limit the amount of prints I produce to 25 of each worldwide which will help to maintain the residual value of these and of the original. Each print is numbered and signed by me. I work hard to protect my reputation so I am not inclined to milk the popularity of my work – which is why some of the paintings are not going to be available as prints.

Why spend my money with you then?
If you can afford it then buying an original is a better investment for the future, however, if you like a painting sufficiently enough then buying a framed canvas print is the perfect way of being able to enjoy it in your life without breaking the bank.
