Payment Methods
I accept online payments in a secure environment by credit and debit cards using 128-bit SSL encryption. Your credit card information is encrypted prior to it being transferred for authorisation. I currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Maestro, American Express and Paypal. My merchant is fully PCI compliant.
Delivery
All paintings (originals and prints) will be shipped free of charge to any mainland United Kingdom address. All other geographical locations will be subject to a delivery charge based on actual weight only and not volumetric weight - one reason why
my rates
are very competitive.
Please allow 10 - 14 days from the point of order to the point of delivery
for prints and around 48 hours for originals
I use UPS couriers. A signature will be required as proof of delivery.
I will send you an email the day
of dispatch and give you an estimated delivery date. I will also send you a tracking reference for you to track at UPS.
All delivery costs will be advised at the checkout screen
for EU and Rest of World addresses.
Return/Refund and Cancellation Policy
I want you to be overjoyed with your swanky new Swarez painting. However, if your product arrives to you damaged please email
me (info@swarez.co.uk)
within 24 hours of receipt quoting your order number,
your telephone number and the nature of the damage. You will be given instructions on how to return your painting. It would be very handy for you to retain as much of the original packaging as possible to help in
returning the painting back to me. I will arrange to have the
painting returned and issue you with a full refund or replacement (you will be offered the choice).
If you change your mind about buying one of my wonderful pieces you have the right to cancel your purchase and obtain a full refund. If you change your
mind after having received your
goods then you have 7 days to notify me in order to get
a full refund. Again, I will pay all delivery and collection costs. This does not affect your statutory
rights. I am fully compliant with my obligations
under Distance Selling Regulations.
Privacy Policy
I do not share any personal information with any other parties. At no point will
I use any collected information to solicit any kind of
marketing or promotional offers. Data collected from orders and from email correspondence is held in accordance with the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998. You may request any such information from
me at any time by contacting me from the contact page.
No financial details are stored by Swarez Contemporary Art.
Viewing and Commissions
You are welcome to view any painting before you buy. Mail me to reserve a painting and make an appointment. Deposits for commissions are 20% of the agreed purchase price WHICH IS NON-REFUNDABLE.. This will need to be paid upon approval of the design brief. Balances are paid upon delivery.
