I used a mixture of acrylics, enamels and water based emulsions on these two pieces of wall art and the result is very unusual and interesting. The background layers are swathed with rich bands of colour – blended in sweeps and arcs whilst the foreground layers are more pronounced and intense – forming rigid pathways and shapes that serve to bounce off the underlying layers. This kind of mixing and layering offers a real sense of depth to both pieces. Reggie is the small one and Ronnie is the large one. Reggie (small) measures 3ft square (36 inches) and Ronnie (large) measure 4ft (48 inches) square. Both are ready to hang and both feature canvas that wraps round the edges. These two pieces will pretty much fit into any colour scheme and space.
