Seven Swans A Swimming
The seventh day of Christmas was painted during one of four live streaming events broadcast in November and December of 2020. This particular painting was created in the third one along with two others. You can see its creation on my 12 Days of Christmas live painting stream.
Seven colours were used to create this stunning painting. There’s definitely a water theme going on here with the combination of tropical ocean colours weaving and meandering their way through this beautifully uplifting abstract painting. I just love the use of pink and orange here – perfectly set off against that amazing green blend.
The painting measures 80cm x 80cm.
Finishing
The art work was hand stretched around a seasoned timber frame so that the painting goes all the way round the edges. It has a wonderful texture thanks to the way the paint layers are built up and it comes with full certification.
